    The Rewards Points plugin on Swipecart is a growth channel to improve many aspects of your online business. By rewarding customers for their purchases from your store, you increase the repurchase rate and build a community of loyal customers for your brand.

    With the Reward Points plugin on Swipecart, you can-

    • Connect with customers
    • Increase customer engagement
    • Build customer loyalty
    • Increase customer retention

    Here’s how to install and activate the Reward Points plugin on Swipecart.

    • On your Swipecart dashboard, click on “Plugins” in the left menu.
    • You’ll see a list of “Your Active Plugins” and “All Plugins”.
    • The Reward Points plugin is in the list of “All Plugins”.

    • Click on Reward Points to go to its plugin details page.

    • On the Reward Points plugin detail page, you have a brief introduction to the plugin in the “Description” tab.
    • Click on the “Install” button. The Reward Points plugin is now installed on your Swipecart app.

    • You can activate and customize the reward points. Fill in the points you want to give to the user for every $100 spent.
    • (The denomination is taken according to the default currency. So, for Canada, it becomes CAD 100, for Australia, it is taken as AUD 100, for India, it becomes INR 100, and so on)

    • In the next text box, enter the minimum points required by the user to redeem them.

    • There’s a toggle button to decide if you want to set an expiry date for the points. If you enable it, you set the expiry date to “Never”.
    • If you disable it, fill in the expiry period in months in the text box below.
    • The number you enter here is calculated from the date of purchase.
    • For example, if you fill it as 6, the points collected for that particular order will expire after six months from its purchase date.

    • Click on “Save”.

    • To view user reward points, go to the “Reward Points” tab on the page. Here, you’ll find the points list. It contains these details-
    • User name
    • Email id
    • Total points collected

    • You Can preview your app on the Swipecart preview app.
