Route is a carbon emission offset integration tool to help customers neutralize their emissions at checkout.

Through Route integration on Swipecart, you can give customers the option to facilitate the purchase of carbon credits to neutralize the emissions caused by shipping and shopping for products in your store.

The amount is invested in high-integrity certified carbon removal projects.

If you already have a Route subscription on Shopify/WordPress, you can connect it to your Swipecart app. Let’s start the integration process.

Now, on your Swipecart dashboard, click on “Integrations” in the left menu.

On the Integrations page, click on “Route” in the All Integrations section.

You’ll be taken to the Route Integration details page. Click on the “Integrate” button at the top-right corner of the page.

You’ll get a popup to confirm the integration. Click on “Integrate”.

Now, we need to get some Token details for integration.

For that search Route in your Shopify app store and click on Add add.

Log in to your Route dashboard. Now go to Admin -> Store Details -> Public/Secret/ Test Secret Tokens.

Copy these tokens on your clipboard. These are necessary to complete Route’s integration into Swipecart.

Click on “Save”.

The Route tool is now integrated into your app on Swipecart. You can now use it in your app. Customers get to opt for 100% carbon-neutral shipping through Route at checkout.
