  • Why products from Shopify are not showing in my Swipecart app?

    Learn how to resolve the issue of products or collections on your Shopify store not showing in your Swipecart app.

    Steps to enable products on Shopify to display in the Swipecart app:

    • Log in to your Shopify admin.
    • Click on Products in the sidebar.

    • In the product list, click on the checkbox next to the items that aren’t displaying.

    • Select All if all the products in the list aren’t showing.

    • Tap on

    • Tap on Add available channel(s)

    • In the popup, check Swipecart as enabled.
    • 💡 Note: You can uncheck & check to refresh the availability.
    • Click on Make products available.

    New collection on Shopify not showing in Swipecart

    • In the product list page on Shopify admin, tap on the search icon and search for your collection.
    • You can also search products by tags.

    • Tap on …

    • Tap on Add available channel(s)

    • In the popup, ensure that the Swipecart option is checked.

    • Click on Make products available.

    Now, your products on the Shopify store should be visible on the Swipecart app. If you still have issues, contact the Swipecart support team at support@rentechdigital.com
