Swipecart gives you many options to upload promotional videos on your app on the Home page. The widgets that help you to upload videos are:

Here you’ll learn how to upload videos with these banner widgets. Let’s take the example of the Carousel Banner. The steps remain the same for the remaining banner widgets.

Click on App > Design on your Swipecart admin.

Click Edit on the design on which you want to insert a video.

On the design dashboard, navigate to the Home tab and select Carousel Banner from the widget dropdown panel.

Select any carousel banner style variant, and drag and drop it inside the app design layout.

Hover over it and click Add/Edit Content. In the popup, click on Upload images/videos to upload a video from your computer (file size should not exceed 2 MB).

Link it to a product or collection and click on Add. Repeat the process to upload, link, and add another image or video to the Carousel Banner (minimum- 3 images or videos, maximum- no limit). Tap on Save when you are done with the changes.

To edit some video parameters, hover over the carousel banner in the design layout and click on Edit Style.

Click on the Video dropdown and enable the Autoplay option if you want the video to play automatically when the page opens. Check the Mute or Unmute option for video sound and tap on Save when done.

The process is the same for uploading videos on the Single Banner (only one video), Banner Grid, and Banner Slider.
